TinyPC186 embedded CPU module
TinyPC186 is based on the popular 16bit AM188ES processor. With the simple structure of the 188 processor, the TinyPC186 module offers well known environment for easy application development and maintenance. The module is delivered as standard with DOS 6.22 and contains on-board 512k byte SRAM, 1MB - 4MB DOS FAT Flash Hard Disk, reset and power monitoring device.
